Valley Behavioral Health

Services provided for children with a mental health disorder with no health insurance or Medicaid.

Valley Behavioral Health obtains authorization through Optum Health.

Unfunded program’s co-pay is a sliding fee scale based on income, number of dependents and Utah residency for at least 90 days.

Accepts private insurances based on benefit plan. No referral by primary care physician is necessary.

Sexually abused children, crisis nursery center, parent training, adults molested as children, individual, group & family therapy, parenting classes

Medicaid, United Health Care and Blue Cross/Blue Shield (based on provider plan), crime victim reparations, and special grants for adults molested as children and child victims of sexual abuse.

For a fee, the Family Support Center offers court certified parent ed and adult anger management classes.
